At this time, Hawkins Dye Sublimation Products ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Hawkins Dye Sublimation Products ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, for international shipping please email us for quote. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Processing and handling times will vary depending upon order volume. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. delays are possible from time to time and we take no responsibility for delayed shipments or damage as a result of delayed shipping.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Hawkins Dye Sublimation Products is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery and be charged a 20% restocking fee. Hawkins Dye Sublimation Products reserves the right to change its return policy at any time without prior notice to you.

****All damage claims less than $50 in value must be handled directly by the customer and USPS for orders that are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please contact your local post office and be sure to save the damaged packaging and items as you will be required to present them to the postmaster for inspection.
Imperfections & Defective Blanks
Due to the nature of our product and the manufacturing procedures there may be a small percentage of imperfections in the metal or paint finish. It may be a small spec of dirt or even an insect that gets caught in the coating process. Unfortunately, our product is not a perfect one and does have at times small imperfections. This is due to the way the aluminum is made and handled. Some of it will occur while being painted and coated or during the milling process. Our product comes with a small defect rate. We do spend the time to inspect each part as they come off the line and we do remove the ones that we deem as unacceptable. we unfortunately do not accept returns on these random and occasional imperfections. we do what we can to replace any items that have an unusually and excessive amount of defect(s) that may be caused by machining errors such as mechanical flaws on a continuous run.
ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.

Customers often ask what shipping method we use and we feel USPS Priority Mail Is the best choice for value and for the customer. On some special occasions we can ship UPS or FedEx billed to the customer’s account.
RUSH DELIVERY
A $75.00 FEE will be added to the postage. The rush fee will be paid through a PayPal invoice before we will ship. we will not be held responsible for any items that do not arrive on time we can’t guarantee situations out of our control. Thank you!!
